If anyone doubts Herr Bush's incompetency, look at the needless war in Iraq; the failing war in Afghanistan; the provocation of Russia by egging on the mad Saakashivili of Georgia to attack with his American trained and American armed troops South Ossetia, which has ended with the complete destruction of Georgia's armed forces, Russia occupation of some parts of its territory. Herr Bush has an cast iron mind which is incapable of leadership. If he's remembers for anything, it will be that under his watch, the US is declining towards the niche of a second rate power.
