Bye Bye Samantha Powers

Samantha Powers Pulitzer Prize winner and professor at Harvard is out of Obama's inner circle. An articulate writer and speaker she has appeared endlessly on the media, print, television, radio--to talk about the state of America and cheer leader for the junior senator from Illinois. She talks a good talk, and rumour had it she was slated should Obama become president, for a cabinet post or a high slot at the state department. Now that hope is dashed for clever Dr. Powers was indiscreet enough to talk to the press out of sheer dispair that he man didn't clinch the Democratic nomination for the Oval office during the Ohio and Texas primaries. So loyal is she her anger got the best of her by calling Hillary Clinton a 'monster who would stoop to nothing to get her way'. In consequent, prize winning Powers is unceremoniously dismissed from Obama's charmed inner circle. Her frustration is an open admission of the complete hatred of Mrs. Clinton by Obama advisors which can seriously hurt the Democrats chances of regaining the White House in 2008, so partisan are they. Obama has much footwork to do to calm tempers and keep everyone's eye on the prize be he president or not...kick the Republicans out of power, for they've a record of corruption, malfeasance, waging illegal warfare, killing the US dollar, robbing harding working Americans of their just rewards by favouring the sick, bloodsucking rich and corporations. Get real guys! 18Brumaire certainly hopes Dr. Powers will have time to think about her unprofessional outburst in the ivory towers of Harvard. She did Obama a great disservice, to say the least.
